For Buyers

1. Browse and Choose

Search our catalog by game, category, or keyword. Every listing includes a detailed description, pricing, and seller ratings so you can make an informed decision.

2. Fund Your Balance

Before purchasing, add funds to your GamerMart balance using a credit or debit card via Stripe. Your balance is stored securely and can be used for any purchase on the platform.

3. Place Your Order

When you find what you want, complete the purchase. The amount is deducted from your GamerMart balance instantly and the seller is notified that a new order is waiting.

4. Receive Delivery

The seller delivers the digital goods through the order page. You will be notified when the delivery is ready for you to review. Use the built-in chat to communicate directly with the seller if you have questions.

5. Confirm or Dispute

Once delivery is complete, review what you received. If everything looks good, confirm the order and it moves to Success. If something is wrong — the item is not as described, credentials do not work, or the delivery is incomplete — you can open a dispute.

6. Rate the Seller

After a successful order, leave a rating to help other buyers make confident purchases.

For Sellers

1. Create Your Listings

Set up your seller profile and list the digital goods you want to sell. Write clear, accurate descriptions and set competitive prices.

2. Deliver Promptly

When a buyer purchases your listing, you will receive a notification. Deliver the goods through the order page as quickly as possible. Fast delivery leads to better ratings.

3. Earn Your Commission

After the buyer confirms the delivery, the order reaches Success status and your earnings are credited to your seller balance. A market fee is deducted from the sale price — the remainder is yours.

4. Request a Withdrawal

Once you have accumulated earnings, request a withdrawal to receive your funds. Our team processes withdrawal requests on a regular schedule.

Payments and Balance

All purchases on GamerMart are made through your platform balance. Here is how it works:

Adding funds — Use any major credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Purchasing — The listing price is deducted from your balance at checkout.
Refunds — If an order is refunded, the amount is returned to your GamerMart balance, not to your card.
Seller payouts — Sellers earn their commission after the buyer confirms a successful delivery. Earnings can be withdrawn on request.

Safety and Trust
